Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport/ Railway station, you will receive a warm welcome and assistance. Your journey will take you to Gurez Valley, a beautiful and lesser-known destination that's perfect for a weekend getaway. The distance between Srinagar and Gurez is approximately 123km, which can be covered in about 5-6 hours. On the way, you will witness the stunning beauty of Walur Lake, Asia's largest lake, and cross the Razdan Pass, the highest pass on the route to Gurez from Srinagar. Once you reach the main town of Gurez, Dawar, you can check into your hotel, freshen up, and then head out to visit Haba Khatoon Peak and Haba Khatoon Spring.
Visit Angai Khot and Chakwali
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Chakwali and Angi Khot via Shekhpora village, the last village of Gurez on the way. During this off-drive day trip, you will see the locals' logwood houses and explore the beauty of Gurez Valley. Later, we will return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
